DVL1000
LEM DVL1000 panel-mount voltage transducer, 1000 V nominal with ±1500 V range and a 50 mA current output for traction and storage.
The DVL1000 is a LEM panel-mount voltage transducer that measures bipolar, insulated voltage up to 1000 V nominal with a measuring range of about ±1500 V, using LEM's insulation digital technology. It is the higher-voltage member of the DVL family, which covers small and medium voltage measurement from 50 to 2000 VRMS with a compact design that is lighter and more power-efficient than earlier generations while keeping excellent overall accuracy. The device isolates the high-voltage primary from the low-voltage secondary, protecting control electronics and improving operator safety in traction, industrial and renewable-energy applications. Primary connections use M5 threaded studs, and the 50 mA current output is robust against noise and long cable runs, which suits industrial cabinets and traction converters. Typical uses include DC-link voltage monitoring in high-voltage motor drives and inverters, grid voltage measurement in solar and storage converters, and battery and traction voltage sensing in electric vehicles. The wide -40 °C to +85 °C operating range and the ±15 to ±24 V supply suit demanding environments and conventional control electronics, and the design is compatible in performance and footprint with the earlier LV100 generation to simplify upgrades. Every DVL1000 BeiLuo ships is a genuine LEM part, factory-traceable and supplied with an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS compliance file. Availability is confirmed per project, and our FAE team supports selection, output scaling and mounting.
FAE Professional Review
The DVL1000 is the transducer we specify for 1000 V DC links where isolation and robustness matter, such as traction converters and large solar and storage inverters. The 50 mA current output keeps accuracy over long cabinet wiring, and the LV100-compatible footprint makes upgrades easy. Confirm creepage and clearance for the 1000 V class, and review the M5 stud current path.

Frequently Asked Questions
What applications need a 1000 V voltage transducer?
Applications with an 800 V or higher DC bus, such as traction converters, large solar and storage inverters and EV power electronics, need isolated measurement at 1000 V with margin to 1500 V. The DVL1000 covers that span.
Confirm the voltage class against your worst-case bus plus overshoot.
How do I handle isolation and clearance?
Respect the creepage and clearance distances for the 1000 V class between the primary and secondary circuits, and follow the mounting instructions for the M5 studs. The isolated current output keeps the secondary side safe.
Our FAE team can review your layout and insulation.
How is stock and lead time handled?
Stock status for the DVL1000 is confirmed per request, and high-voltage transducers can be scheduled against your forecast. BeiLuo sources through LEM's authorized channel.
